Antonella Perrotta is the Senior Human Resources Manager at Rothenberg Wealth Management. She has been responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within RWM since 2009, including HR policies, practices, and compliance, staffing and recruiting, and employee training, performance and wellness. In addition to being the head of the firm’s Human Resources Department, Antonella has been an integral part of the firm’s Accounting Department since 2002.

Antonella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Commerce from Concordia University. She also holds the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation, which is the national title for Human Resources professionals in Canada.
